Practice!

Today no rain..
need to go training later..all intensive training..
walau eh..sure die wan..coach sure say no pain no gain~
later sure muscle pain wan must light streching..haiz
some more must do at least 100 push-ups a day :'(
at least i do 20 time haha,,
at least now quite happy cause so far almost all A's >.< but 2 gt b T_T one more duno yet...
ERT maybe first class next year! sure a lot of presure wan..hope teknical also can suffer with us..hehehe (so bad)..
