At last training finish,
we train under the rain~so fun~
practice with the soft touch =>
(for those members of volleyball,u should know the pain of soft-touch and not ultra-soft touch)

so pain...
some more gt the training to practice the side ball~
i and iskandar do quite less cause do quite well~others suffer..haha..
Anyway let us see who may sick tomorrow~
last training also under the rain(for a while)gt a few people sick liau..
i dun have la lucky~hehex
